Interested in learning more about Microsoft Word & Excel?

This four week session (8 hours) will provide an overview of the many Word & Excel functions and terminology. This is considered a beginner class and is geared toward individuals seeking to develop skills that can be applied toward the business environment.    

Classes are April 17 – May 8 (6:00 pm – 8:00 pm) 

Fee per student: $100.00


Instructor Bio

Who is Douglas M. Kassuba?

Doug is a Network Technician that works for Empiric Solutions, Inc. “ESI” is based in Petoskey however Doug lives and has worked primarily in and around Otsego County for ESI clients. ESI clients include the County Government, the University Center at Gaylord and the Otsego County Judicial system (87a District Court). Doug is also an adjunct instructor for North Central Michigan College and has been since 2010. In his role as an adjunct NCMC instructor he has taught Microsoft Office (OAS) and Computer Information Systems (CIS). Given both the office environment and the classroom environment he brings forth vast knowledge from both spectrums.

Doug’s personal life is one of teaching also, at home he and his wife have and still are raising eight (8) awesome kids. One in college (CMU), one going to CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in the fall of 2018, six (6) others still school age and at home waiting for their turn to fly from the nest.
